Original United Kingdom Very 1st pressing of the 1968 Double Album by The Beatles - Beatles White Album.
On dark Apple label Catalogue No.PCS 7067/7068. Matrix No`s. YEX 709-1.YEX 710-1. YEX 711-1. YEX 712-2.
MEGA RARE MISPRESS:
LABELS - 1, 2 and 3 have NO "Sold In UK" LABEL TEXT. ONLY Side 4 has "Sold In UK" Label TEXT(see pics).
Vinyl`s Near Mint+. And play absolutely superb,Record 1 has couple of very faint bits crackle on couple of quiet passages otherwise would have played like new. Labels Mint Minus(see pics)whisper of spindle mark under light,no writing,tears or stickers. The "Top Loading" embossed "Garrod & Lofthouse" G/F Sleeve No.0153516 Very Good++ some laminate wear on the edges of spine(see pics),but can be read,couple faint creases,no writing,stickers or splits on edges.The original 4 x "GLOSSY" Card photographs Exc. Later Photographs are dull finish and on very thin paper. Paul McCartney photo has 4 small brown square bits paper on rear.The original Black Inner Sleeves each have a 3" split on bottom edge and one has 3" split on one edge,with one having a small tear on die-cut otherwise Very Good. PLEASE NOTE: All 1st pressings ONLY came with 4 GLOSSY Card Photographs but NOT a Poster. But I have included this lyric/picture Poster which was in a paper bag amongst a collection of records I acquired from a good friend in 2000 and is Exc(looks like it`s never been hung,just usual fold creases).
Fabulous vinyl`s,playing and all round condition with possibly one off MEGA RARE LABELS MISPRESS!!!!
Had since new(sister)been in protective sleeve approx last 20 years.
Very well taken care of and only 3 years off Half-A-Century old!!
