Description

Here we have an early (FIRST PRESS) LP copy (STEREO) of  "THE BEATLES" (a.k.a. "THE WHITE ALBUM") (@ 33 rpm) by THE BEATLES; In a Gatefold Sleeve.  This is a 1968 issue/pressing on the APPLE label.  Stereo PCS 7067 .
CONDITION:-      
                       Vinyl :-  Side 1 :-  Visually EXCELLENT- (a couple of light surface marks, otherwise EXC.) ; Play GRADED @ EXCELLENT (no unwanted noises):  Matrix  YEX 709 - 1    OG   4 .        Side 2 :-  Visually EXCELLENT- (1 noticeable surface mark at start of side, otherwise EXC.); PLAY GRADED @ EXCELLENT- (great apart from several clicks during first half of "Martha My Dear") :   Matrix  YEX 710 - 1    OP (or, R?)     2 .           Side 3 :-   Visually & Playback GRADED @ EXCELLENT (great sound) .  Matrix.  YEX 711 - 1    DDG     4  .      Side 4:-  Visually & Playback GRADED @ EXCELLENT (great sound).  Matrix  YEX 712 - 1     MT    6 .      FIRST PRESSING.                Gatefold Flipback (on the inside sides) Top Opening Sleeve :- Laminated card, Iconic Plain White sleeve which is VERY GOOD++ (corner & edges are free from rubbing, but some laminate creasing & age wear).   Embossed title &, unique, serial number (No. 0332944)  Good spine with some creasing (always difficult with this album due to the way it opens up).    Original Black Inner Sleeves with cut-out on one side in EXCELLENT- condition (odd crease & very small tear).   Complete set of 4 unmarked photo INSERTs in EXCELLENT condition.    The large folded POSTER is in tact, but coming apart at some of the fold creases; also some age foxing. Graded VERY GOOD.                                      LISTED @ £250 if mint (which this, clearly isn't).
