THE BEATLES - "The Beatles" aka the White Album
A Very Rare Capitol Records Canadian pressing of this 1968 double album, from 1978 on White Vinyl. In U.K. Laminated sleeve, side opening, with both Mono & Stereo catalogue numbers on spine. Includes original poster & 4 colour photos. Note that the sleeve is a U.K. sleeve (with both mono & Stereo UK catalogue numbers on the spine)
NOTE: This is an official EMI Pressing - NOT one of the many Bootlegs (That usually pretend to be 'Australian Imports')!
Condition (Visually Graded):
• VINYL: Both Records Excellent Condition with a beautiful shine, and only the very lightest signs of any use (Very light surface marking). There is one very small but slightly heavier mark on side one that may affect play - but may not be too bad. Note also that there are one or two marks within the vinyl that were part of the pressing process where other colour elements have infiltrated the white vinyl.
• LABELS: Excellent.
• SLEEVE & INSERTS: The Laminated sleeve would grade as Very Good condition, with the laminate looking lovely, though displaying some scuffing/marking & light discolouration.There is a couple of very small corner bumps and some very light ringwear, some very light discolouration, and a one or two small creases.but that doesn't detract from this lovely gatefold sleeve. The 4 (‘Made In USA’) Photos are also excellent showing only very light signs of any use. The 2 Poly inner sleeves are (I believe) original and are excellent. The Poster would grade as VG with some marking and cello tape marks around the edge.
• Overall, A Nice Example of this very rare set!
