   Matrix marks:- XEX 447-7N & XEX 448-7N
Stampers GHL at 3 o'clock and 10 at 9 o'clock ----- Stampers GLL at 3 o'clock and 12 at 9 o'clock
The labels have no writing or tears but the usual spindle marks.

YOU REALLY GOTTA HOLD ON ME text on sleeve. YOU REALLY GOT A HOLD ON ME text on label.
The sleeve is  Ex with thumb  creases   and no tears no writing no damage. An average 54 year old sleeve.
The original  EMITEX sleeve is a little aged but IT IS the original ... the record shop has written PMC 1206 on it see photo
The usual practice in UK record shops then was to display only the outer sleeve and the records were kept behind the counter.
 To easily identify them the catalogue number was written on the inner sleeve. Not seen very often and a guarantee of authenticity.

So there it is a EX+  playing  copy of With the Beatles, original EMITEX inner

  Overall a super copy of this LP

The record plays as EX+ with NO tics NO pops NO skips .

EX slightly more,
Records graded EX and better will have no repetitive tics/clicks on them,
