From my personal collection - selling due to upgrade.
This is almost certainly from the very first run of presses, made on November 22nd 1968 and has no "An E.M.I. recording" appearing on any of the four labels. After considerable reading on the subject, it is apparent that these labels are ones that were produced and put onto the records very early on in the pressings because the appearance of them very soon afterwards denotes a rectified "mistake" whereby E.M.I. should have been printed on there and wasn't. Although slightly later copies containing the text "sold in the U.K. subject to..." are still regarded as pefectly good first presses (some even had one label or one record with E.M.I. on labels), many "purists" consider these copies with no E.M.I. printed at all to be the true first presses.
PLAYING NOTES & VISUAL CONDITION
The discs have been played a lot and have numerous light surface scratches on all surfaces BUT, they play beautifully with no sticking or jumping. Surface noise is not overly intrusive and it's a pleasure listening to this little piece of music history. The mono copy, of course, sounding very different to the stereo pressing and featuring several slight differences on a few of the tracks. There's the odd pop and click and some repeating clicks here and there but they don't spoil the listening.
Sadly, no poster or photos, but this is reflected in the asking price.
Original black die-cut inner sleeves included and records will be supplied in anti-scratch, anti-static polythene liners.
The cover is in great condition and it still folds exactly in half - hasn't been squashed. Only the usual expected slight "browning" comensurate with age. It's not torn, written on, falling apart, unstuck stained etc. The record labels are 100% clean. These attributes are rare on these albums as anyone interested in them will know. The only thing that's missing on this example is the photos and the poster. Everything else is what it should be so could potentially be an investment if the correct inserts could be found elsewhere.

I would not chance any other delivery service on an item of this rarity and value, but if you feel that you'd like to risk an uninsured un-guaranteed service, please let me know before payment is made so I can adjust the invoice accordingly
