Very early first issue Scranton, Pennsylvania pressing. Original gatefold cover is in beautiful snow white condition with the serial number stamp of A1626752 with the "A" leading prefix. Two record set. The cover is very clean without any ring wear with the sharp corners and a rigid spine. The front cover has the embossed "The Beatles" to the right from the center. The shrink is fully intact with original breathe holes. The album includes a full set of 4 photos in a great condition with "Printed in U.S.A." and poster with the rights statements on the lyrics side. Very rare 1st pressing SWBO 101 labels with the Capitol Records logo at the bottom of Side 2/4 and all of the 7 incorrect song titles on Side 1,2 and 4:

Side 1:
"Obladi Oblada" (Later corrected to "Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da")
"Bungalow Bill" (Later corrected to "The Continuing Story of Bungalow Bill")
Side 2:
"Rocky Racoon" (Later corrected to "Rocky Raccoon")
"Why Don't We Do It In The Road" (Later corrected to "Why Don't We Do It In The Road? (with the "?")

Side 4:
"Revolution No. 1" (Later corrected to "Revolution 1")
"Revolution No. 9" (Later corrected to "Revolution 9") "Goodnight" (Later corrected to "Good Night")

The vinyl retains its beautiful gloss and lustre, having some very light surface hairlines and scuffs from the sleeve. Very clean labels. Since the first label and the second label were available together from the day that the record went on sale, it is easy to find albums with “mismatched” labels. A true first pressing
will have all of the 7 errors. The “first batches” of Scranton pressing plant numbers appear to have been assigned the numbers from A1380001to A2010000
