THE BEATLES - WHITE ALBUM US Capitol (Purple Label), Limited White Vinyl (1978) - 2LP with inserts
I bought this for my personal collection circa 1980. I kept it stored continuously in an outer plastic sleeve. The vinyl was never played. I just took it out and looked at it now for the first time in about 45 years. It features the original poster, which includes a photo collage and lyrics, as well as four pictures of the Beatles.

I rate the cover jacket as Very Good+. It almost looks near mint on the outer jacket. There are a few light edge creases that can be seen with the right lighting, and you can notice the "impressions" of the vinyl and center hole, but no signs of actual ring wear. The one blemish is on the inner gatefold and this was a self-inflicted mistake on my part. I had a habit of saving the stickers that came on the original shrink wrap. I tucked the sticker in the gatefold, forgot all about it, and just discovered that over all these years the purple ink from the sticker "bled" onto the gatefold and created a ring, which can be seen over the song titles on the inner left side. (Please see the photos for examples of the above.)
The Vinyl LPs are near mint and have never been played. They look just like they did when I first purchased the record. There is a "smudge" mark on Side 3 over the runout just off the label (see photos.)
I will place the vinyl LPs in new clear inner sleeves and include the original paper sleeves also when shipping.
Please see the photos. I am not a professional grader. I am using my best judgement per the Goldmine grading standards.
I will take extra care with packing and shipment. I will put new plastic sleeves on the outer cover and LPs and will pack the LPs outside of the gatefold jacket to avoid any possible seam damage during shipment. I will pack securely and ship in a Whiplash LP mailer.
