 This is the LP by the Beatles "The Beatles (White Album)" Catalog# 1968 Apple Records UK PCS 7067. 

 Jacket (Good) Some corner wear. No seam splitting on spine or other sides. You can imprint of where records are housed but no full on ring wear. Water stain at bottom of spine.

Laminate is in tact except some peeling at spine. Small 1" tear at top center right of front jacket. Jacket is gate-fold top load style. Beatles is raised above cover. No. 0595894. Contains 

all 4 gloss photos, and the blank gloss paper. Photos have not been hung and maintain luster with no noticeable yellowing. Poster has not been hung. Very minor spotting. Still has 

crisp corners and no splitting.   Comes with protective plastic sleeve.

LP's/Inner Sleeves (VG-)  Original black & white made in Great Britain inner sleeves show wear. Green on black Apple label. "Mfd.in UK, An EMI recording, Sold in UK, subject to resale...." on top of Apple. Vinyl has some spots 

that do not affect play.  There are surface blemishes and some lighter scratches that make for some snaps and crackles here and there, but no skips/repeats and a very enjoyable listen overall.

Of interest:  nice top loading laminated cover sleeve that we rarely see in the states.        

NOTE**** All standard records are shipped with protective plastic sleeves. All are shipped with the LP behind the cover to prevent damage to jacket. During mailing all LP's are housed in double cardboard padded record mailers. 

My record grading system, which is forever evolving.....

Mint (M) (Jacket & LP) There will be no flaws. The jacket will be factory sealed with perfect corners. The LP will obviously never have been removed or played. The record will look as if it was just purchased from the shop.

Mint Minus (M-) (Jacket) The jacket sill most likely be sealed in original shrink, but there may be some shrink missing. There may be the slightest wear from storage at the corners. There will be no ring wear, writing, rips or tears, tape, seam splits of any kind. No yellowing of any kind, stains, water damage or bubbling.

(LP) The LP will still be sealed in the jacket and will never have been played, so the LP itself would still be considered mint.

Near Mint (NM) (Jacket) if the jacket is sealed there may be some minor corner damage, missing shrink and maybe some light yellowing on older LP's. The jacket may not have any shrink wrap at all. The Jacket itself will still be in pristine condition. The corners will show very little wear (there will be no fraying) No more than a small dent or crease. There will be no visible ring wear. No writing rips or tears. No bubbling, water stains or peeling of the cover in any way. All Gatefolds, inserts and booklets will be 100% in tact.

(LP) The LP will produce no surface noise. There will be no skips or repeats. The LP will retain its original gloss and will appear new. There will be no warping. There will be no visible blemishes or scratches, and no spindle marks.

Near Mint Minus (NM-) (Jacket) It may have shrink-wrap covering all but record opening, it may not have any shrink wrap at all. The Jacket itself will still be in excellent condition. The corners will have minimal wear (there will be no fraying) There may be minor dents and creases that can only be noticed under bright light. There will be no visible ring wear. No writing rips or tears. No bubbling, water stains or peeling of the cover in any way. All Gatefolds, inserts and booklets will be 100% in tact.

(LP) The LP will play through without issue. There will be no more than the bare minimum surface noise at the beginning of the groove or in between tracks. There may be small surface blemishes, but there will be no scratches on the LP.

Very Good Plus (VG+) (Jacket) It may have shrink-wrap covering all but record opening, it may not have any shrink wrap at all. Thorough examining of the jacket will note some imperfections, though nothing that will detract from the overall appearance. The corners will have minimal wear (there will be no fraying) There may be minor dents and creases possibly noticeable, but nothing too pronounced. Cutout bin punches, price stickers, staples would start being listed at the VG+ category. There may be some minor ring wear at the top and bottom; again you would have to look for it. No writing rips or tears. No bubbling, water stains or peeling of the cover in any way. All Gatefolds, inserts and booklets will be 100% in tact. A Very Good Plus record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it.

(LP) There may be some blemishes, maybe a scratch or two, but nothing deep. It will not cause the record to skip or repeat. There will be minimal at most surface noise. There may be very minor warping that will have no effect on the listening experience at all. There may be some spindle marks, but not a maze of them.

Very Good (VG/VG-) (Jacket) Imperfections in the jacket will be noticeable to the naked eye, but it will not be your focus. The corners will have some wear. the wear may begin turning into lighter fraying. There most likely will be some dents, creases that may be noticeable without bright light. Often some dents at the mouth. There may be some ring wear that begins to form a circle and is certainly noticeable to the naked eye. Though they will not be full and discolored rings. Cutout bin punches, price stickers, staples (holes) may be evident. there may be some writing, though no full on artwork, usually just a name to denote ownership. Maybe some marks by the song tracks. Writing rips or tears. If there is bubbling it should not be major. There may be remnants of a spill, and/or some spots though not over a large amount of the cover. Often times there will be yellowing on an older white/lighter color cover or some fading on a darker cover. There may be some seam splits, especially at the spine. The split should not be fully across, just from the corner to an inch or two in.

(LP) There will be surface blemishes and some scratches; there may be a few deeper ones as well. This may cause some skips and repeats along the way, but it should not detract from the overall listening experience, and there should not be more than one or two a the most. There will be some surface noise, and it will be noticeable, especially at the beginning of the groove, in between tracks and during the quieter parts. The may be some writing, stickers or staining on the label itself. There may be some warping but the record will play without issues. There may be some spindle marks but again, not a maze of them. Overall you will notice the record was certainly listened to, and though the Lp has it share of imperfections you can tell they did their best to care for it as well.

(Good, Fair) (Jacket) A cover or sleeve will have seam splits on multiple sides, and the print on the spine may be unreadable. The jacket may be marred by tape, writing, creases, dents and bends. There may be water damage, stains and bubbling. If there is ring wear it will be pronounced.

(LP) A record in Good or Fair condition can be put onto a turntable and will play through. It may have a few (or more) skips and/or repeats. It will have significant surface noise (snaps and crackles) there will be multiple deeper scratches some may be feel-able. Groove wear my also be visible.


(Poor) (Jacket)The jacket may be severely water damaged; split on all seams so that the LP cover barely keeps the LP inside. Could be heavily marred by wear and/or writing. The LP cover barely keeps the LP inside it. Inner sleeves may be fully seam split, crinkled, and written upon or not there at all.

(LP)The record won't play through without skipping or repeating multiple times. Many of the scratches are deep and you can feel them. The record may be severely warped or cracked.
