Album Description:

The TWO First Issue STEREO Vinyl LPs are on the traditional DARK GREEN Apple label, all bearing the ‘Sold in UK Subject to resale.…’, ‘Mfd. In UK’ and ‘stereo’ printed to all four record labels.

All four record labels are in STUNNING near mint condition. NO fading to the VIVID Black print or damage to any of the four record labels, and no more than a couple of insignificant, faint centre spider trails to each side.

Both BARELY PLAYED Vinyl Discs are in INCREDIBLE near mint condition – its hard too fault the Vinyl playing surfaces - what stops the discs from being mint is just a couple of very light surface hairlines, which could have occurred by the records being taken in and out of the abrasive black inner sleeves.

Record 2, Side 3 matrix: YEX 711-1 , Side 4: YEX 712-1.

Record 1, Side 1 stampers: 1/PD, Side 2: 4/GRT.
Record 2, Side 3 stampers: 1/G, Side 4: 6/PG .

Audio Quality:

As expected, due to the IMPRESSIVE condition of both Vinyl Discs, the SOUND QUALITY is SUPERB and both discs play VERY WELL THROUGHOUT without any skips, clicks or distortion.

The TWO 12" Vinyl LPs come in their ORIGINAL Matt Black Die Cut Inner bags which are in VERY RESPECTABLE condition. There are NO seam splits to either, just a tear to one of the die cuts which has been repaired.

The albums are housed in an ORIGINAL, FULLY LAMINATED Garrod and Lofthouse GATEFOLD Sleeve. The FIRST ISSUE Stereo Sleeve is TOP OPENING and NUMBERED 0516923 - the number is printed to the lower portion of the front of the sleeve. ‘The BEATLES’ is embossed a little way up above the number. The sleeve opens out to reveal black and white portraits of each of The Beatles together with the track listing. The top right hand corner of the reverse of the sleeve is printed ‘Stereo’.

The sleeve is in RESPECTABLE excellent condition, FIRM and CLEAN, the Laminate is VERY GLOSSY throughout. The number on the front panel is CLEARLY PRINTED. Showing age tanning to the front and back, a small crease to the bottom left hand corner and only mild record impression to the front and reverse panel. The inner gatefold is in FINE condition, NO damage to the internal flipbacks. All track listing and the four black and white images of The Beatles are UNDAMAGED. The spine edge is UNDAMAGED shows slight age discoloration – nothing serious - and the printed wording ‘The Beatles, Stereo PCS 7067-8, Mono PMC 7067-8‘ CLEARLY readable. The back panel too is CLEAN, NEAT and STRONG.

There are Four ORIGINAL Full Colour GLOSSY PHOTOGRAPHS – one of each Beatle. All are in near mint condition, NO pin holes, tearing or writing.

…..And an ORIGINAL Large Format, Double Sided, Lyric POSTER printed by Garrod and Lofthouse in FINE excellent condition, NO pin holes, NO major damage, just light creasing.

A VERY IMPRESSIVE example of this ICONIC UK Beatles WHITE ALBUM release. DEMAND for examples in the overall IMPRESSIVE condition such as this one, will, inevitably, continue to RISE, thereby increasing the longer term INVESTMENT POTENTIAL.
