Description
This is an original 1968 FIRST PRESSING !! UK mono double (2LPs) album by THE BEATLES entitled " THE BEATLES WHITE ALBUM ". It is on the APPLE label PMC 7067 AND PMC 7068. The Garrod and Lofthouse gatefold sleeve is in Excellent condition and comes with the original black inners. It also holds the original four pictures and the large poster(which is a touch worn in a couple of places). The picture of Paul McCartney is slightly damaged top left and bottom centre. Looks like somebody stuck this one in an album or something similar. It has some slight scuffs at the corners, and a few tiny wrinkles. It also has some slight feathering to opening. The spine is nice and straight. Over all , in really Excellent condition. Visually all four sides of the vinyls, matrix numbers XEX 709-1, XEX 710-1, XEX 711-1 and XEX 712-1 look to be in Very Good Plus condition with light hairlines. However, the sound quality is at least Excellent if not better, with just a touch of surface noise, on all four sides. The labels are Excellent. They have " Sold in UK text " and APPLE Records printed around the rim. They have almost no spindle marks. Clean and crisp. The Mother/Stamper numbers are 5/OM on side one, 7/OL on side two,1/GH on side three and 1/GL on side four. This album is well worth collecting.
All Records graded as per Record Collector definitions.
