Description
THE BEATLES. WHITE ALBUM. 1960s FIRST PRESS TOP LOADER!!
Well, here we have it, the Grand Daddy of this collection we have on here. (Please see our other Beatles listings).
It is a genuine 1960s copy of this fantastic, iconic album.
It is in Stereo. PCS 7067. 7068 Matrix Numbers are; YEX 709 -1 YEX 710-2 YEX 711-1 and YEX 712 -1. Which makes side 2 from a slightly later press I think.
The number on the front cover is 0481917.
Condition of the records is really GOOD. I can only pick up a few light scratches on side 4. Plus a few spindle marks on both copies. I have played this all the way through and it sounds as good as it must have done in 68! It really is great.
It has;
All 4 ORIGINAL COLOUR PHOTOGRAPHS in perfect condition.
The ORIGINAL LYRICS POSTER in fantastic condition.
Original black inside sleeves in very good condition.
Original outer sleeve with the tiny stamped “Stereo” in the top rear right hand corner.
Outer sleeve is great but as faded a little to a more creamy colour which happens to them all with age.
All together this is just an amazing find and is a credit to its original owner.
I have tried to be as accurate and honest in our appraisals of all these records but, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
Thanks for looking and Happy Bidding.
