This is a BEEB Transcription Records double LP, 2170-1. Back cover states "Copyright Recording For Radio Broadcast Only".
The vinyl looks and sounds VG+ to EX, with a couple of very light surface sleeve scuffs, and a little bit of light background crackliness here and there.
The track listings are in one of the photos I've attached.
