Description

On Capitol Records, here are The Beatles doing "Twist & Shout" b/w "There's a Place" (Capitol 6061). Released in 1965 as part of the "Star Line" reissue series. This was the first of several Starline releases (I believe there were six in all?). The A side is the classic version of the Bert Russell-Bill Medley number (recorded first by the Top Notes and produce by Phil Spector, but made famous by The Isley Brothers). The B side is a Lennon and McCartney composition.

In VG to VG+ condition. The labels show some wear, but no writing, stickers, or tears. The vinyl has gloss, but several light paper scuffs.
