Hi, I started collecting vinyl Lp's and 45's in 1971, I have 20,000 + which I have moved now 4 times, and about to move again next year. So it's time to let at least half go. Most are in at least Excellent condition.  I can't listen to them all, so most will only have visual grading, any with a high start price, I will listen too, and play grade.

ALBUM INFO:

This is the BEATLES ninth studio album on the Beatles own APPLE Records on the 22nd November 1968 this is the very Rare UK. STEREO 1st PRESS of The BEATLES Studio Album....THE BEATLES Or (The WHITE Album)  ......This STEREO Original 1967 Press is now so Rare, as it was only released in limited numbers, making it a lot more harder and rarer than the Beatles MONO version. Now revered as their Masterpiece, most of which was conceived while they were on a break during April/May at a Transcendental Meditation Course In India. The following stamper numbers show that it's one of the earliest issues, the first day of issue, the STAMPERS SIDE 1 & 2. GRD at 3 o'clock G (Could be a incomplete 6) at 9 o'clock. GRT at 3 o'clock with 4 at 9 o'clock.  STAMPERS SIDE 3 & 4. GOA at 3 o'clock 2 at 9 o'clock. GGR at 3 o'clock with 1 at 9 o'clock.  Even in 1968 most people didn't have good Stereo equipment so most stereo records were ruined by being played on dancette type of gramophone. With heavy playing arms that often damaged the vinyl.    A true BEATLES Classic!  You would be hard pushed to see a better vinyl record, looks hardly played. I don't need to tell you how many Lp's got scratched and ruined by heavy weighted arms and metal needles.  This is the SUPERIOR US EARLY PRESS version... So hard to find in any playable condition, as they have been squirrelled away in collections or worse thrown away, Nearly all copies that turn up have terribly worn Covers, mostly with the owners name written on them. I believe that there are very few better Condition Beatles albums, you would be hard pushed to find better.   

The GATEFOLD sleeve is laminated front and the back, without any Major creasing, NO WRITING OR MARKS.  An opportunity to own a Mega Rare true BEATLES classic.

VINYL AUDIO: 

 Great LOUD playback No Clicks, No Jumps, clear sound, no distortion, a little background crackle .  

VINYL VISUAL: 

Excellent - Disc 1 : - . The vinyl is bright and has a shine No damage OR scratches. Disc 2. light surface marks and light needle marks which don't cause any clicks.   

SLEEVE:

Excellent + .  Look at the photo's..... Photo's are undamaged  the Poster is still intact and would grade Excellent . The wonderfully clean laminated GATEFOLD COVER remarkable consider it's age,  has no splits or tears, please look at the photos the cover is prone to wear. The  (Back) somehow it has survived without picking up any staining or writing, as a lot of albums have owners names in biro on them, rare in this condition as they were not cheap at the time at £3.+ the average wage being £35 at the time. Most copies were played to death. This Sleeve is in amazing condition.

INNER SLEEVE:

EXCELLENT. Original Black Rice paper type, ... being the very fragile inner sleeve is a great indicator of the amount of usage the album has had. I would say the inner is the best you could find! and considering how fragile these are.....they are 47 years old, quite unbelievable intact condition.  

LABELS:

Clean, light spindle marks, no damage or writing    

GRADING SYSTEM: In order to assist everyone who buys and sells rare discs, Record Collector magazine has originated a set of standards for the condition of second-hand records, I have added a (+) or (-) to my gradings where applicable.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. 
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. 
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

PAYMENT:

Items must be payed for within five days. If non payment within five days, I will then instigate an Ebay ruling. I will set up a dispute and either offer it to the runner up bidder or relist.

PACKAGING: 

I use preformed and standard mailers with stiffeners. I always take the vinyl out in its inner sleeve and place on top of the cover. This is then placed into a soft protective sleeve and packaged with stiffeners for full protection.
