The following LPS are Unsealed and have been played once as described below. ALL NEAR MINT including cover and sleeves: Rubber Soul - Side A played once. Revolver - Side A played once. Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band - Side A played once. All interior extra art is included, never unfolded.  Abbey Road - Side A played once. 
The Hardcover Book - As you can see in the picture, the plastic seal has unsealed along the seams, along top and bottom and left binding side. However it's still sealed on the right side. The book has never been opened.
