THE BEATLES. SGT. PEPPER'S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND. VERY RARE 1978 FRENCH PRESSING ON WHITE VINYL. GRADES EX+. (THIS IS NOT THE MUCH LATER AND MORE COMMON COLLECTOR’S EDITION.)
My listening equipment is a highly revealing Alphason Sonata turntable with Linn tonearm and moving coil cartridge, pre/power amps and Castle speakers.
Played on my system, this LP easily grades Excellent+. Side 1 is Near Mint and Side 2 is EX+ with just a touch of very minor background noise to “When I’m 64”. The wide spine laminated gatefold cover has a 2” split to one of the top edges (see final photo), otherwise it’s in excellent condition. Complete with insert with all cut-outs intact.
