Description
I am selling my late Husbands record collection. I will be selling a few at a time. I cannot say how they play as I do not have a record player but am grading visually according to the rare record guide. I will grade cautiously.
The Beatles Sgt Peppers very rare 1 box EMI black and silver label. 1969 PMC 7027. I understand this was one of the last Mono pressings produced along with Please Please me and Help. This comes with the rare transitional cover showing both Mono and Stereo.Also includes the original cut out card and a rare apple advert poster, Cover EX rare,beautiful transition laminated gate-fold cover showing both Mono and Stereo , minimal wear. some laminate creasing but still lovely, with deep colour
Labels, black and silver 1 box EMI Mono PMC 7027. Side 1 label shows spindle marks but free from and unwanted writing, VG+. Side 2 label, again visible spindle marks but again free from any writing etc, grades slightly better, EX-.
Vinyl side 1 VG+ some visible light marks and very light scratch lines, but nothing feel-able. retains nice dark sheen. Matrix XEX 637-1 Mother Stampers 5 |MPR. Side 2 VG+ some visible light marks and very light scratch lines, but nothing feel-able. Matrix XEX 638-1 Mother Stampers 1 MOA. Vinyl is flat , no warping.
Cut Outs , complete grade EX
Rare Apple Advert Poster EX. has a fold but that would have been how it came. some light creasing but no rips /tears, Free from pin holes or writing.
Original plain white inner patent 1125555/1072844 made in Great Britain, VG+
