Hi, this auction is for the following item:
THE BEATLES SGT PEPPER 1ST ISSUE "WIDE SPINE" XEX 637-1
This is an Original 1967 1st issue UK Press Rare MONO LP. This rare first issue comes complete and is the First issue "Wide Spine" This item comes compkete with its inner sleeve and inserts. Also included is the often missing and Very RARE Cardboard cut out sheet, these were often cut up and used but this is in prisitne condition. Record has the first issue matrix numbers XEX637-1 XEX638-1.
This LP is on the Parlophone Labelk (PMC 7027). The condition of this item is as follows,
Record Sleeve - Near Mint Condition, no discernible defects whatsoever,no rips or tears or scuffs. The Wide SPine has no scuffs and as seen by the picture has clear crisp printing on it with no defects.
Record - Both sides have a great shine to them with no discernible scratches and minimal spindle wear would grade close to Near Mint using record grading guide.
Record Inner Sleeve - Has original sleeve inner with artwork, sleeve has split where record has been rubbing it, still holds record.
As a bonus ive included the original cut out newspaper article for The Times, on the day the vinyl was released, a great informative article and needless to say the writer loved the album!
Postage and Packaging for this item is £4.00 sent within UK, Royal Mail First Class Recorded. Overseas Postage is £7.50 sent by Royal Mail International Signed Delivery. I use recycled packaging when and where applicable but would never send anything i would not be happy with receiving myself. All items are sent in Record Mailers with cardboard inserts for extra protection.
