Grading system it is the same as for "RECORD COLLECTORS BOOK" .We grade the picture sleeve first ,then the vinyl .I will never use  the "MINT  grade ,unless I know for sure that the vinyl  is new and never been played.Nevertheless if I'm using either   EX+ or NM(Near Mint) you'll know for sure that the record it is virtually MINT or very near by and will please any serious record collector .All vinyl has been tested before we are actually offering them to you.I do combine postage fares for multiple wins.RECORDS WILL BE SENT ,RECORDED ONLY,NO EXCEPTIONS.... 
Picture sleeve in very good condition only, has crease  on the two bottom corners causing a bit of wavy effect also slight ring-wear ,mainly on the back side were the lamination its not in place having said that the sleeve still retain all the original characteristics and design with no major defect like, seam split or defacing or anything like that ,still have a decent spine with the title fully readable.Both labels have a certain amount of spindle wear around the center hole with numerous scribble from the spindle.This copy has the old tax code initial ( K T ) embossed near the center hole on side 2 which only the very first presses has it.Has you can see from the photo I've included this copy has the "Sold in UK  text on the label and "THE GRAMOPHONE CO. ...." as well which on ly the very first press has it.The vinyl has numerous marks and scuffs but surprisingly enough doesn't detract much from the sound quality ;I hear some clean album play with lots of noise and sometimes the most scratched one play absolutely fine.Having said that this record its far form MINT or even EXCELLENT  and play with some mild crackling noises here and there but never overpowering the music which in fact play alright the major defect are a couple of deep clicks and a skip on the song "Eleanor Rigby " the rest of the album play without any major defect or sound deterioration .Matrix numbers on the run-out grove are,SIDE 1:  XEX 605 -2 . NEAR MINT  –(NM)-  The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition

EXCELLENT  –(EX)-  The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing

VERY GOOD  –(VG)-  The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable

GOOD  – (GD)- The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
