Matrix Numbers are XEX 605-2 & XEX 606-2.

This is a Second Pressing. Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd., front laminated cover with small mono on the front. Black label with yellow logo and silver print. 'The Gramophone Co.Ltd.' perimeter text and 'Sold In UK Subject To Resale Price Conditions'. Made in Gt.Britain at bottom of the label. 

This is a very nice example. It's got a few light surface marks and some faint scratch marks, but there is nothing deep or serious. I've played both sides in the entirety and it plays and sounds excellent. There's no undue noise or nasty pops and cracks. There is a small amount of  evidence of play around either side of the spindle hole. A lovely copy in very good condition.  

The front laminated flip-back sleeve printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd., is in very good condition. few light ripples here and there, but no actual lifting of the laminate. The spine is lovely and straight and all the printing shows clearly.

Comes with a plain white paper inner sleeve.  

A lovely copy of The Beatles Revolver album.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extras such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
