Description
PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
RARE Los Angeles Apple label pressing from 1971 with Capitol logo in the lower label rim text on side 2 and the number 18 in the bottom right hand corner on the rear cover next to the RIAA logo!!! Side 1 matrix suffix is A-18 and side 2 is A-9, both etched. LP is a gorgeous near mint minus. Cover has a small nick (or a small saw notch) in the bottom left hand corner, a light stain in the bottom right hand corner on the rear and is still in the original shrink wrap. Even has the original $3.47 Musicland (R.I.P.) price sticker in the top right hand corner on the front. THAT'S provenance.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING: MINT (SEALED)
NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF USE
VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS
GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
