THE BEATLES - RUBBER SOUL. Parlophone Records PMC 1267 UK Mono LP 1965. ORIGINAL 2nd PRESSING (Matrix: XEX 579-5 AD 1/ XEX 580-5 PM 1) ON BLACK/YELLOW "THE GRAMOPHONE CO LTD" "SOLD IN U.K." KT STAMPED PARLOPHONE LABEL WITH LAMINATED FLIPBACK "Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd." SLEEVE AND ORIG PLAIN POLY INNER. Condition: VG+(light storage wear, small "P.A.D.J" written top right on reverse in black ink and on Inner, the Poly Lining on the Inner is loose )/VG(lots of light surface marks, spindle wear, it's been heavily played but not abused).
First UK release / second pressing (Pressed late 1966-1969) of the classic Beatles album featuring the Sans-sherif type. The matrix number printed on the label is now misaligned to the date stamp, being too far on the left.
