Very desirable UK 1st press.Nice audio.

The original front laminated flipback sleeve made by G&L is very very nr ex to ex.
Very clean.

Original black&yellow labels with'Sold in the uk' & also THE GRAMOPHONE CO LTD rim text are in very nr ex condition, a couple of spindle marks.

Vinyl is a nice surprise and in nr ex condition and performs superbly all the way through with great audio, minimum surface noise and little or no musical distortion.

A few very very light clicks at the beginning of 'Elenor Rigby'.A couple of surface marks on 'Taxman' that are inaudible.

the record has been played on a Linn LP12 Sondek turntable fitted with a goldring stylus , listened to through full range handmade wilmslow audio transmission line speakers that have superb response and definition on all frequencies  

 For accurate grading  visual and play grade (like all my records)

this record has been professionally cleaned using an

okki nokki cleaning machine

 

( 1st clean with purified water and isoproranol alcohol and

finished off with L’art du son / purified water mix

 

the alcohol mix removes the release agent all records have from the manufacture stage , this hides detail in the sound

the l’art du son mix seems to smooth out any brittleness the alcohol water mix
