Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd laminated flip-back sleeve with “stereo” logo
“Dr. Robert” (early variation) rather than quickly corrected “Doctor Robert” on both label & sleeve
First Pressing. Black label with yellow logo and silver print
“The Gramophone Co. Ltd.”etc printed at start of perimeter
Has “Sold in U.K. subject…” text
Plain white inner sleeve, with KT tax code on the label

Side 1: YEX 605-1 (2/RO)
Side 2: YEX 606-1 (1/RD)
Label Variation:
Earliest sans serif Arial typeset. Has the early label misprint (side 2) “Dr. Robert" with each song title starting on a new line... Also early labels have each song title followed by song credits and then lead vocalist
PLEASE SEE ALL PICS...
SLEEVE: Excellent+. Garrod & Lofthouse laminated sleeve with all flip-backs intact!No writing or stickers with little signs of age. Stunning example. "Dr. Robert” misprint also repeated on sleeve
SPINE: Excellent+. Uncrushed with text undamaged & clear
INNER: Excellent+. Plain white inner sleeve
LABELS: Excellent+. Bright clean & undamaged without writing / stickers. Very slight spindle trace & difficult to spot.
VINYL: Excellent+. Heavyweight vinyl shiny & bright with very hard to find hairlines. Could easily pass as near mint.
OVERALL: A superb early example of this classic album. Shows very little evidence of being played. No worrying faults and will only appreciate in value. New owner will not be disappointed.
