WOW!!! For sale is an UNBELIEVABLE 1st US Scranton pressing (denoted by the IAM within a triangle on the dead wax) of one of The Beatles’ undeniable masterpieces in much rarer Stereo! Still beautifully preserved in original shrink wrap which has not begun to come off! Also contains the earliest first run labels with Lennon-McCartney credits as compared to second run labels with John Lennon-Paul McCartney credits. No “subsidiary” rim text. This has obviously been handled very lightly, played hardly at all and has been carefully stored away for 50+ years!! Please see photos and read details carefully below:

Side 1: ST-1- 2576-A3 #4 IAM (in triangle)

Side 2: ST-2-2576-B2 #3 IAM (in triangle)

Sleeve: EX to EX+

GORGEOUS - Still snugly in original shrink wrap! Crisp clean sleeve with only very small wear to the two exposed corners. Fully legible spine with no cracking...No bends or creases...sharp and flat sleeve all around! Hard to top!!

Disc: EX to EX+

BEAUTIFUL glossy sheen...only a handful of wispy sleeve removal traces under bright light and one very faint line keeping it from being a solid NM...certainly nothing feelable or serious...one of the nicest I have ever seen!!

Labels: NM

WONDERFUL earliest first run (Lennon-McCartney credit) labels with no unwanted writing or marks. Only the faintest sign of play around spindle hole.

Inner sleeve: EX+

Correct, original Capitol ‘66 orange inner sleeve is in just as remarkable condition as the rest of the LP- NO splits or tears...nearly perfect!!

Grading System:

SS (Still Sealed)

Unopened records, still in original shrink wrap. In original manufactured condition unless otherwise noted (i.e. evidence of mildew or bent corners, etc.)

M (Mint)

The record and sleeve are in perfect, original condition. The record may have been played but will have no evidence of deterioration. (I will only use this grade on SEALED records that appear to be Mint as I believe any non-new, opened record cannot be truly called MINT.

NM (Near Mint)

A nearly perfect record. Any visible defects are of the type that "disappear" when the record is tilted under a strong light and they should not affect play. Sleeves in near mint condition will have no obvious signs of wear. Practically imperceptible ring wear may be allowed but no creases, seam-splits, or other easily detected flaws will be present.

EX (Excellent)

A very clean record. Near mint except for slight, superficial signs of wear. Sleeves in this condition may have marginal defects, but will not have significant creases or splits.

VG+ (Very Good Plus)

A well-cared-for record that is noticeably less than perfect, but defects are not visually or audibly distracting. Record surfaces may have slight scuffs or light scratches, but are still primarily clean. Sleeves may have some creases or minor ring wear, but should not be split.

VG (Very Good)

A used, reasonable copy to play. Many of the defects found in a VG+ copy will be more pronounced in VG condition. Surface noise may be evident and sleeves may look worn, but the record is still a decent copy.

G (Good)

A well-worn record that is still playable. Good does not necessarily mean "bad" but a record in this condition will have audible distractions and may have visible groove wear. Sleeves may have all manner of defects, but are still intact.

FA (Fair) and P (Poor)

These grades are for beat-up records. I will only sell records in these grades if they are extremely rare and sought-after.
