Description
From the famed "The Beatles in Mono" series....a nice solid copy of the Fab's classic album Revolver. This copy was purchased used about a year ago. It has been well cared for by myself and the previous owner. Sadly there is no Beatles in Mono insert/booklet and the shrink and hype sticker was removed before I got it. I have played it 5 or 6 times and it sounds great. Things to note - there is a small corner bump on the front left/back right corner. It's pretty small but due to that and no hype/shrink I've listed the condition as Excellent. As for the LP itself - same thing I bought it as NM, but have listed it as EX - it could go either way. No real issues visually or sonically. There are some very light surface scuffs which won't show up on my camera. There is a stray pop/tick here and there which could just be some dirt/dust. I have not had this cleaned other than an antistatic brushing before each play. I played this on my Ortofon 2M Blue and now the 2M Mono and the sound is awesome. On the headphones you will notice the pops/ticks here and there. If I blast this on my speakers I noticed one or two noises. I don't want to down play this record as it is amazing. However I also don't you to think it's 100% flawless either. Last thing to note - the last picture shows a small swoosh on side 2. I believe this may be a small instance of minor non-fill or some other manufacturing defect. It does not show up as anything audible. I've seen this on a few other records and it doesn't seem to be a real issue - I just want to be clear and make sure you know what you're bidding on. Label is clean with no scratches or spindle marks.
