The sleeve is in near mint condition a really nice clean sample with no wear or splits, the poly lined Emitex sleeve is crisp and clean, the labels and vinyl are EX it does have only a few light scratches that do not cause any audio problems on this rare 1966 UK Parlophone album issue PMC 7009 by The Beatles - "Revolver" this is the first issue with XEX 606-1 matrix on side 2 and contains the withdrawn version ("Remix 11") of "Tomorrow Never Knows" and has text Dr John on both sleeve and record. the matrix and stamper marks are Side 1 XEX 605-2 stampers 7 AO, Side 2 XEX 606-1 stampers 1 AT.
