The sleeve is EX+ it is clean all the edges are sharp and the spine text is sharp and clear, the labels are EX and the vinyl is a strong VG+ with some light wispy scratches that do not cause any audio problems on this 1965 UK Parlophone album issue PMC 7009 by The Beatles - "Revolver" the matrix and stamper marks are Side 1 XEX 605-2 stampers 6 RPM, Side 2 XEX 606-2 stampers 2 RPR.
