The record has hardly any marks and grades NM. 

Both inserts have some light yellowing/fading around the edges and both grade EX.

The sleeve (with Obi) has some light wear. There is a tiny corner bump on the top right corner. Some fading down the spine. Some tiny light creases down the spine and there is also a bit of edge wear in the middle of the spine.The very lightest of ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades EX.
