Description
Very rare genuine UK 1st press 7" from The Beatles - Please Please Me b/w Ask Me Why - issued on Parlophone in 1963 - Cat No: 45-R 4983, matrices are:
Side 1 - 7XCE 17217-1N - Mother Stampers MPT 3/GP
Side 2 - 7XCE 17218-1N - Mother Stampers MPT 1/A
Red centre labels with 'Made In Great Britain' credits
This is a really nice clean copy for it's age, there are a handful of tiny sleeve marks only, there are no scratches or deep marks, on playback this plays great, odd crackle when needle hits the grooves but that is unavoidable imo. Paper sleeve in VG condition for the age, light creases only, someone has wrote their initials around spindle on Side 2.
