THE BEATLES

'Please Please Me'

Parlophone MONO Pressing 1963 / Catalog Number PMC 1202

Original Black & Gold Centre Labels

Ernest J. Day & Co Ltd laminated sleeve

The labels have the withdrawn Dick James Music credits

Matrix Numbers : XEX 422-1N / XEX 421-1N

About the owner : Alan bought this LP (and all the others) way back when they were originally released. They have only ever been owned by him, and none of them have been played in the last 30 years or so. In all that time they've been securely packed away in the attic where they were left untouched and forgotten about until recently!

CONDITION

Sleeve VG Considering it's age, the sleeve is still in pretty great condition. There are no tears or seem splits. There is some minor corner wear (see photos) and one tiny blue pen tick next to the song Baby It's You. But let's be realistic, for it's age this looks in great nick.

Vinyl VG There are quite a few surface scratches, but it plays right through without any skips, jumps or any other annoyances bar a bit of crackle here and there. The centre labels look in very good shape too with very little marking.

Please see photos as they show much better detail than I can supply.

I'm happy to answer any queries about this, or any other item i'm selling. I'm no Beatles expert, so don't baffle me with trivia please :)

Payment via Paypal is prefered, but i'll also accept bank transfer (in UK funds only) or cash upon collection

POSTAGE & PACKAGING INFORMATION PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING

I will ship anywhere in the world, but only via registered mail. This is for your own peace of mind as much as mine. I've been selling records for well over ten years (and buying for many more) and believe me paying that bit extra for postal insurance is worth every penny. Packages DO go missing from time to time, and although rare it's always comforting to know a package is insured and trackable. Please see shipping prices below and please understand them before bidding.

UK £7.00 - Via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Guaranteed)

EUROPE £11.50 - Via Either Airmail or International Signed For (Depends On Country Of Residence)

REST OF THE WORLD £16.00 - Via Either Airmail or International Signed For (Depends On Country Of Residence)

* IF YOU BUY MORE THAN ONE ITEM, EXACT SHIPPING COST WILL BE INVOICED BASED ON COMBINED WEIGHT *

 THE STAMPERS

I forgot about these until someone asked so here goes ...

On Side 1, at the 9 o'clock position there is a small '1' or 'I' and at 3 o'clock there is a '0'

On Side 2, at the 9 o'clock position there is a small '1' or 'I' and at 3 o'clock there is what appears to be either 'A1' or the letter 'M'. Its very hard to be certain as it's really small and hard to read

Hope thats helps! Andy
