1st UK Mono Press
This is the Parlophone Records 1st Mono press of The Beatles 'Please Please Me' LP. It comes complete with its original Ernest J.Day &Co Ltd flip back sleeve with 'Angus McBean' credit in the extreme bottom right of the front cover and orignal Emitex inner.
It is pressed on the original Black and Gold Label, Made in Gt.Britain, with 'Dick james Mus.Co' credits to 'Please Please me', 'I Saw her standing there', 'Misery', 'Do you want to know a secret', 'Ask me why' and "There's a place.
The record is in EXCELLENT condition, there are a few light marks on the vinyl and a small area on 'Baby its You that produces ticks and pops. The vinyl has a sensational high gloss. The labels are completely clean. The colours are bold and the text is sharp. There appears to be only the very slightest if any spindle wear.
The original sleeve and inner are in EXCELLENT + condition, there is a very small pen mark on the back. All of the flipbacks are complete and look fantastic. The colours are bold and bright and the cover looks fantastic. The whole cover is still firm and bright.
