Extraordinary find, undocumented in any of the published issues about the Beatles, a Stereo copy of Meet the Beatles with the hybrid transitional label variation, containing 2 BMI publishing credits on Side 1. Only several times, we've encountered a copy with the hybrid label, containing 2 BMI publishing credits, but all of them were Mono copies, having 1 BMI publishing credit on each side, that were pressed at the Decca Pressing Plant. However, this unique rarest copy is a West Coast Stereo!!! issue pressed in Los Angeles, which we've never seen before or has any information that would relate to this pressing. It won't be hard for you to find an Ad Back copy of Introducing the Beatles or Yesterday and…Today Butcher Cover, but I'm afraid, this copy of Meet the Beatles is incomparably rare and impossible to find. Original thick cardboard single type paste over cover with the 1st West Coast greenish "Beatles" banner. The 1st version cover without the 'George Martin, Producer' credit. Very early 1st press with the RIAA 6 Identification Number on the back cover, identifying it as a Capitol Records, Los Angeles, Hollywood Pressing Plant issue. Original Capitol Records ST-2047 Stereo catalog number black transitional hybrid label, containing 2 BMI publishing credits on the first two tracks of Side 2: "I Want To Hold Your Hand" and "I Saw You Standing There", with a multicolored spectrum ("Rainbow") band along the label's edge without the "subsidiary" print. Very early 1st US Stereo issue thick glossy vinyl pressing with the stamped 1st matrix numbers in the trail-off vinyl: Side 1: ST-1-2047-A5 1 / Side 2: ST-2-2047-A5 1 . The"*"stamp identifies the issue as a Capitol Records, Los Angeles, Hollywood plant pressing. The issue comes with an original Capitol Records very early 1st print royal blue "LA 12TC-2" inner sleeve ("LA" for West Coast), containing the other Capitol Records releases.
CONDITION:
COVER - NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) The beautiful cover is still in the original factory shrink wrap with two breathe holes on each side. Some light bumping to the corners. The rigid spine contains a fully readable sharp black text. The cover doesn't contain any signs of ring wear. The mouth of the cover doesn't contain any wear or chipping.
VINYL - NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) The glossy vinyl barely has any scuffs from the inner sleeve and contains a shiny lacquer.
LABELS - NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) The super clean glossy labels don't have any wear and barely have any light spindle marks.
CAPITOL RECORDS ROYAL BLUE INNER SLEEVE - EXCELLENT (EX) Very nice shape with some VERY LIGHT light splits on the edges

Realizing how important it is to secure the safety of the item you've paid your money for, I'll put my best effort into packing the records as best as possible, triple boxing them into the specialized professional boxes, with the two outer boxes having a special construction with extended cardboard on the edges to prevent the record covers' corners from getting damaged during the transit, and will also put the vinyl outside of the cover (of course, unless it's a sealed record) to prevent the splitting. I always try responding to the messages, but please, before sending me a message, make sure that the answer to your question isn't included in the description. I'll use my right to block a buyer, who doesn't correspond to my idea of politeness, culture and respect toward each other.
