The inside part of the booklet has torn away from the bottom staple and is almost detached from the top staple.
The fold out insert grades NM.
The gatefold sleeve (with Obi) has hardly any wear on the outside but there is some foxing/yellowing on the inside and also the middle part of the booklet has almost detached itself from the staples. Due to the condition of the booklet, the sleeve grades VG+.
