Here is a copy of the Beatles "Live at Teatro Adriano Rome, June 27th 1965" LP, which consists of one of the Beatles' concerts in Rome on 6/27/65 (see photo for track listing), Clean Sound Records # CS 1008. I would put the condition of the sleeve at VG++: very clean but with some light but visible ring wear (it's a white cover), otherwise really very nice and clean. The LP itself looks like a NM to me. This has been in my collection for over 20 years, I believe I bought it new. I would have played it (at most) ONCE to record it to cassette (remember those?) and put it in storage in a plastic sleeve, where it has remained ever since.

Here are my grading criteria:

MINT : Pristine, perfect and flawless

NM NEAR MINT The record shows no obvious signs of wear. The very slightest signs of use, truly near mint. May have few signs of wear on the cover and/ or few slight paper scuffs on the vinyl. Plays perfectly

NM- NEAR MINT MINUS The record will show some small signs that it was played and handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. There should be no obvious defects (Scratches/Warps).

EX : Light use is evident. The beginnings of light wear will be evident on the cover and some surface scuffs will apear on the vinyl BUT record should play with no surface noise.

VG++ : Use is evident but not bad. Cover has some ring wear along with some rub along the edges, spine and the corners along the spine. Record has some marks , very light scratches.

VG+ : Average use record, looks OK, plays OK, some noise is possible. Record has most of the original gloss. Record was played but was well cared for.

VG : Cover shows more than normal wear and vinyl has some groove wear or several scratches or some significant scratches. This record may have noise, but not overwhelmingly.

G : Significant surface noise, scratches, visible groove wear , may skip or repeat.
