CONDITION REPORT & PHOTO GALLERY THE BOX & BOOK 'GET BACK' BOOK: NM/MINT; the book is a superb example. Just very light signs of handling to the cover. All of the pages are firmly intact and are crisp and undamaged. I doubt if this has been looked at much at all ever. Fantastic.
THE BOX: The original laminated outer slipcase (Garrod & Lofthouse - Patents Pending) is in great condition and must grade at least EX/EX(+). Just a little minor cosmetic wear to a couple of the corners + a few small light laminate creases. Looks great.
The outer tray is also the original and is completely intact with just creasing to the flaps (moreso to the right one; see photos below) and some wear along the edges.
Please note that the inner tray is a reproduction faithful to the original design.
THE RECORD AUDIO EX+/NM; this has been completely play graded from start to finish at volume and both sides played through wonderfully. The clarity of the audio was superb throughout; bright and crisp without a hint of distortion.
There is a little light surface static which is, in the main, only noticeable between tracks, but overall the audio was superb; a fantastic listen.
VINYL (VISUAL): EX/EXCELLENT(+); the vinyl retains a beautiful shine. Just ultra fine hairlines/wispy sleeve removal marks, but no scuffs or feelable scratches. All flaws are very minor and are nothing to worry about; looks great.
Both labels are MINT with barely any signs of use/spindle marking at all. Bright and clean with no tears, scuffs or writing. Superb.
SLEEVE: EX/EXCELLENT(+); the fully laminated sleeve is a super example. Bright and clean with a lovely gloss. Just a touch of very light ring wear showing. The spine is close to perfect with all text still clearly legible. Minimal wear to the opening edges. Looks fantastic.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. thanks for looking.

GRADING

Unless otherwise stated, all of my records have been play tested before listing using a Rega P3-24 turntable with Ortofon 2M Blue cartridge & stylus. I describe honestly and accurately but please bear in mind that I am only human and such things are always subjective. I tend to grade records conservatively and believe that my feedback speaks for itself.

Please take confidence from the fact that I have been a collector myself for over 20 years (please check my feedback as a buyer) and know only too well how disappointing it is to receive an inaccurately described record.

I also grade visually using a strong halogen lamp.

I use the Record Collector grading system as shown below.

POSTAGE / SHIPPING

I post worldwide and pack all records in custom made (stiff) card mailers and add extra packaging inside to ensure a safe delivery. I will provide a protective polythene sleeve and the record and inner will be removed from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits in transit. I want your record to get to you in the condition that it was when it left me.

For any records that come with printed inner sleeves, I will also provide an additional plain inner.

As a general rule, shipping will be discounted ie. I lose money on the costs of buying my packaging. I do not profit from this; please remember that my costs are not simply those shown on the stamp!

CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS: Please note that for overseas orders from outside the EU I am obliged to complete a customs declaration and must enter the true value of the package's contents on the declaration. It is the BUYER'S responsibility to ensure that all import duties are known and paid.

Please send me a message if anything is unclear and I will be happy to help.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
