Description
This is an original 1970 UK pressing of Let It Be by The Beatles, with the green Apple logo on the back and without any track times on the labels. The stamped matrix numbers in the runout grooves are YEX 773-3U and YEX 774-3U.
I have included the maximum of 12 photos, taken in good light, so you can judge the condition of the cover, inner and vinyl for yourself. Please examine these photos carefully before bidding. The fully laminated cover has one or two very small edge lines, some very light corner rub, a hint of ringpress on the back, and a few bubbles of laminate lift along the spine edge (as I have shown clearly in the photos). Otherwise it is a very solid and decent cover with no marks, writing, sticker damage, indentations or creasing, really very nice condition for its 48 years, and what most ebayers would probably rate as EX or at least VG+. The spine is straight and strong with clear writing, as you can see. The plain white inner is clean with a little light browning and some creases, but nothing major. It has no splits or other marks. The labels are clean with no marks and have just a few light spindle traces on each side. The vinyl is in great condition, glossy and bright with just a few wispy sleeve removal traces but nothing more (I would say a definite EX). It plays through with no clicks, pops or jumps at all, and sounds magnificent, with excellent audio, just a little light background noise in some of the quieter passages, as you might expect from a 48 year old record.
