Assessment :

Vinyl - Visual -
Visually, the record is flawless (not even hairline scratches) on both sides with very tidy labels and spindle holes. It's obvious this record has been carefully been looked after and very rarely played.

Vinyl - Audio -
I've listened to the full album and again, it's as good as could possibly be hoped for - no jumping, scratches or background noise. Basically nothing adverse to report. This really is a top quality original vinyl. I asked a couple of Beatles collectors I know to a ebay pre listing listening and they were highly impressed too.

Outer Sleeve -
This shows some signs of wear (predominantly on corners) as might be expected bearing in mind its getting on for 50 years old. I've photo’d the worst corner. Otherwise there are no tears, scaring or signs of damage.

Record Sleeve -
The sleeve is in generally great condition. There is a crease just above the album's title as shown in the photos. There's also a tiny crease/blemish two thirds of the way down the right reverse side near the spine. Of course there's the red apple on the reverse indicating it as being the first pressing.

Book -
The book is in amazing condition. I've not opened it fully as I'm conscious that the pages are only secured by glue. However there are no loose pages, tears or creases at all.

Inner Trays - The book retaining tray is complete with no tears or damage worthy of note. Likewise with the outer tray.

Inner Record Sleeve -
It's an original - PATENT NO 1,125,555. Obviously there are signs of wear but no tears, slits, writing etc.

Please note that I've listed the album at a low starting price simply to get the attention of potential buyers.

If you want to physically see the package before bidding please message me.

I'll cover postage costs ensuring the package is insured and tracked when posted. If the auction winner is abroad then I'll only cover costs for transport/within the UK.

Any questions or additional photos? I'll happily do my best to answer them.

Please note that I'm also going to list a good quality vinyl copy of The Beatles “white album” and a collectors edition box set of Sergeant Pepper (CD) as well as alot of other vinyl/cds

Background
I bought this vinyl as part of a large collection. I've been a music fan and collector for more years than I care to remember. Please check my feedback. It's spot on.

Thanks.
