The Beatles : Let It Be...Naked 2003 + 7'' Single w/misspelling

This album was pressed on heavyweight 180g vinyl and has never been played prior to my play grading.  It has been carefully stored for nearly 18 years and it plays with stunning clarity, depth and warmth on both sides.  The vinyl is visually stunning and has that 'as new' glossy sheen with no marks, scratches or hairlines.

As this is a genuine first pressing the accompanying 7'' single sleeve has the well-known misprint on the back cover where 'recordingis' is spelled as one word.

Play Grading

I can confirm the audio is so close to perfect on S1 with only a couple of light clicks on 'Get Back' due to a tiny speck that refuses to move!  I will grade it as Near Mint- but the other tracks on the side are Mint such is the sonic quality on offer.  There are of course so many highlights but one that stands out is in my opinion is the 'stripped back' version of 'The Long And Winding Road' which is more like how McCartney wanted it to be originally.  S2 plays with stunning quality from start to finish with no intrusion at all.  'Don't Let Me Down' has of course been added to the album and two other highlights are the classic versions of 'Across The Universe' and 'Let It Be'.  In fact if you are lucky enough to win this album just listen to the long 'echo' fade out on 'Across The Universe' - it is superb!  The clarity, depth and warmth on all the tracks is so impressive and as always I have listened to every track in full so as to provide a 'complete' grading.  I cannot overstate just how clean and precise the audio is.

The Fly On The Wall 7'' disc is immaculate and has clearly never been played before.  I have played it in full and the clarity is stunning.  Some very light static ticks at the beginning of S1 plus a couple of clicks but the vast majority is Mint without question.  The cover is in perfect condition.

The Gatefold & Booklet

The glossy gatefold is in fantastic condition with no real shelf wear.  There is a faint sticker removal mark top right and a miniscule amount of wear on the bottom corner of the spine but apart from that it is 'as new'.  It is still so strong and robust which is what you expect from a hardly handled cover and it also includes the 12'' x 12'' 20 page booklet which is still in pristine condition.

Play Tested on my Pro-Ject Essential III Turntable / B&W 684 Speakers

This record has been cleaned on a Pro-Ject VC-S machine

I grade according to "Record Collector" guidelines.
