Description
I have collected records since I was very young, however Iincreasingly I have realised that I have far too many, and soI have been slowly trying to rationalise my extensive collection over the years, I have sold many major rarities over the years, from major BEATLES and 60s rarities, through PUNK and PROG ROCK, CLASSICAL and BLUES. Basically I've had alot of very rare records and in dribs and drabs have sold them off. I've never had negative feedback, and had many repeat customers.
I will only post completely insured and tracked.

Here we have one of the rarest contract pressings of this title. Thre has been somediscussion about this rarely surfaceing contract record, somehave said Pye and some have said that the only 7" contracted to Pye were rare copies of Million Sellers "Golden Discs", and attributed this to Decca instead.But I am with the Pye sayers, the reasons being that,whilst both companies can look rather similar (the two ridges similarly spaced etc.), the 3 o'clock code letter is hand etched,and to my knowledge ONLY PYE did this, Decca are never known to do this instead using the stamped "BUCKINGHAM" codes, and not even always doing this on contract presses. So I'm saying Pye! So Here's a rare Pye Solid Centre copy of Hey Jude,and this really is a rare variation! As always,the sleeves you see included are all original!
Record Condition: VG/VG+ A few light surface marks/hairlines visible when angled under strong,direct light, and anyone who knowsthis record,knows that even the slightest imperfection can impact this A-side, but actually,save for a few very light background ticks/static,if you reallycrane your ear, this is a nice player too!
Labels Condition: EX Lovely textured (both like the CBS under the label,but also a layer of very small "goosebump" label texture above this too!),usually so suseptable to wear and damage, these are lovely and crisp! Nice,nice,nice!
