RELEASED IN THE US (but not the UK) IN 1970 ON THE BACK OF 'ABBEY ROAD', THE RECORD WAS A HUGE SUCCESS (selling over 3 million) AND TO MEET DEMAND EMI UK PRESSED COPIES (CPCS 106) FOR SHIPMENT ABROAD - BUT EVEN WITH THE US SALES EMI DID NOT RELEASE THE RECORD AT HOME UNTIL 1979 (PCS 7184)

Clean, bright and fresh labels with moderate spindle traces (mostly on Side Two, very few on Side One)
VINYL Visual: NEAR MINT
Both surfaces retain their original deep glossy sheen, shine like new and are practically unmarked - wispy light hairlines only
VINYL Audio: MINT
Outstanding sound performance - crystal clear, deep, rich, warm and detailed and my play-check at loud volume detected absolutely nothing to fault - plays flawlessly throughout
SLEEVE: NEAR MINT
The sleeve is very thin and flat with crisp, sharp edges and spine - all spine text is clear and bold (this text is also reproduced on the top edge of the sleeve). The laminated surfaces have a deep, glass-like glossy sheen with very little rubbing and apart from some minor light creases to the extremities this is a very fine example indeed - practically like-new
