R 5722 on Apple label. 1968 The Beatles FACTORY SAMPLE single "Hey Jude" b/w "Revolution".
This terrific and very rare Factory Sample single is in superb excellent plus condition. The vinyl shines absolutely beautifully and has hardly a mark. The labels show just ever so light spindle marks and have no damage to or around the spindle holes at all. The labels are beautifully clean and have no writing or marks.
Great single.
