HELP! THE BEATLES FIRST PRESSING FROM 1965  PMC1255

I grade this as fair as it is used and has some  surface scratch on both sides - see photo

In play it is discernible but for me would not spoil it for a listener who simply enjoys this great first press version

The cover is graded good but there is a small address on the rear 4cm x 3 cm - see photos - correct "Emitex' inner
