The cover is in excellent condition with just some rubbing and a minor nick to the spine - see photos.
All pages are in excellent condition.
Unfortunately these books suffer badly from loose pages and have to be opened very carefully. This has just one bunch of about 10 consecutive sheets from the centre of the book which,with care, could probably be reattached.
A very nice example of a rare book.
