Here's an original Australian pressing of The Beatles From Liverpool 8 LP box set, issued in 1980 

8 LP's in a box set with all LP sleeves especially designed for this release

Comes with the original fold-open poster, not many of these were issued with the box

Also contains the 7" promo flexi disc that was issued to Reader's Digest readers as a promotional item to advertise the box set

This edition contains what were at the time rare or unreleased editions of certain Beatles tracks

The track differences are as follows:

1) Across The Universe - (Version 2) produced by Phil Spector 

2) All My Loving - begins with five taps on Ringo's hi-hat cymbal

3) All You Need Is Love - the mono version

4) And I Love Her - contains six bars of acoustic guitar in the fade-out instead of the usual four

5) Baby You're A Rich Man - the true stereo version, previously found just on the German Magical Mystery Tour LP

6) The Continuing Story Of Bungalow Bill - appears as it does on The Beatles White Album minus the opening guitar obbligato

7) The End / Her Majesty - the pause between the two songs lasts for only 5 seconds. On Abbey Road the time between tracks is 15 seconds

8) Get Back - the album version, produced by Phil Spector

9) I'm Only Sleeping - the extremely rare version with the slightly delayed guitar solo, previously found just on the U.S. stereo eight track tape edition of  the Yesterday And Today LP

10) I Am The Walrus - the composite version put together by Capitol Records engineers John Palladino and George Irwin for the 

U.S.A. Rarities LP

11) I Feel Fine - the true stereo version that begins with tapping drum sticks, whispering, coughing and Ringo closing his hi-hat cymbal

12) Let It Be (Version 2) "reproduced for disc" by Phil Spector

13) Love Me Do - (Version 1) the rare one with Ringo on drums

14) Penny Lane - the composite version from the U.S.A. Rarities LP

15) She's A Woman - the true stereo version previously available just in Australia and in Singapore / Malaysia / Hong Kong

16) Strawberry Fields Forever - the true stereo version

17) Thank You Girl - the original mono version without John's extra harmonica fills

18) This Boy - the mono version

A must have with the original poster & promotional 7" flexi disc

CONDITION

8 VINYL LP's:  VG+ to EX

 The 8 Vinyl LP's range from VG+ to EX, most are in EX condition,

gleaming high gloss surfaces to all sides, all the LP's are in really fine condition

 SLEEVES:  Near MINT

Each of the 8 Sleeves is Near MINT & all are in magnificent shape

BOX:  EX

The thick heavy duty Box is EX just some mottling wear to the rear & a few edges only,

no open or broken corners at all, in great condition

7" FLEXI DISC:   Near EX

The 7" Flexi Disc made by Lyntone Records in London UK is Near EX, the same firm that made The Beatles 1960's UK Christmas flexi discs!!, minor indentation to label & run-in groove but not to the playing surface, in great shape

POSTER:   VG+

Poster is a very strong VG+ just some blu tac marks to the rear, 

no tears at all, a very nice condition & rare poster
