THE BEATLES CHRISTMAS ALBUM 1970 APPLE SBC-100 MONO PROMOTIONAL ONLY RECORD CLUB
This copy is the true original authentic 1st press, and NOT the bootleg version, of Beatles' Christmas recordings compilation, released through the Beatles' fan club in 1970 and available only to the members of the club in the US and UK, and had never been on sale. The Beatles sent out spoken and musical messages on flexi disc to members of their official fan clubs in the US and UK each Christmas from 1963 to 1969. This compilation album includes all of these recordings. The vinyl of this copy is Near Mint condition. The cardboard cover has all of the characteristics of the authentic 1st pressing, including the clearly visible and discernible "THEATRE ROYAL" over John's head on the second from the left photo in the lower row of images, and perfectly clear and crisp photos of all six Christmas EPs on the back of the sleeve. The 1st print Apple labels have a 1 1/2' indentation ring on both sides with the vinyl having the Winchester, VA pressing plant logo (a hand drawn rifle) in the dead wax and a stamped "BellSound" mastering studio's logo.
