This is the ULTRA RARE COLUMBIA EDITION by THE BEATLES. This 8 LP BOX SET IS IN NEXT TO MINT,  CONDITION. 2 of the sleeves are a little wavy, the edges of the box lid have been taped. I am always happy to combine shipping wherever possible, so please look at my other auctions! PICTURE IS OF ACTUAL ITEM.

I try to give an honest and complete description on all items, but sometimes mistakes happen, so if there is an issue of any kind, let me know and we will work something out. NO RETURNS ON THIS ITEM. If we agree and you do return an item, I do not refund postage or insurance unless I completely incorrectly described or sent you the wrong item. Perhaps my definition of LIGHTLY WORN, GENTLY USED. 1-10 scale or whatever may differ from yours. That is completely subjective. Look at the picture, ask questions. I always photograph the actual item, so take a good look. I DO NOT refund or pay for returned postage if we have a difference of opinion on this issue. If you need more info or pics on an item, please email by at least 24 hours prior to end of auction. Due to the rigors of shipping, Electronic and Mechanical items are ALWAYS sold AS-IS No return or refund. For your protection, Insurance is included in S&H. Always use ebay email service.

Most of the time (99%), items shipped in the US arrive intact. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE A CLAIM AND FOLLOW-UP ON IT. If an item arrives broken, you will need to keep all the original shipping materials. You will also need to make a claim by filing all paper work through YOUR Postal Office. Usually, you take the broken item, the shipping box and packing material, along with a printed page of the Ebay end of auction, and a copy of your Paypal payment, to your local Post Office to file a claim or start the process at USPS.com. I will do all I can to settle the matter as quickly as possible on my end, and will quickly mail you any paperwork or receipts I have, but your insured purchase will be the responsibility of the insurance carrier, (USPS) AND YOU. If your claim is denied by the USPS, The matter stops there, timeless_treazures will NOT, under any circumstance, be responsible for the refund of your purchase price or shipping fees for an item damaged or lost in shipping. Please be aware that I buy and sell on E-bay in my spare time as a hobby, and while I try to educate myself and have a working knowledge of all the items I list and ultimately sell, I am by no means an expert. I do my best to describe items accurately and honestly and to clearly point out any possible damage or flaws. As many of the things I sell are in used, antique or estate condition, they can be expected to show some signs of wear or imperfections. I may not know if it was from a smoke or pet free home. I pack EXTREMELY well, but quality shipping supplies cost money so there is a small handling fee on all auctions. I do not believe in making all my profit on shipping as all too many sellers are doing these days, my rates are fair and competitive. I prefer PAYPAL. I am offering these beautiful items to US only, I am not set up to to ship international.

I have full-time job and travel alot so I cannot always answer e-mails right away. Please do not ask a question right before the auction ends as I cannot always respond in time. Although I try to ship within 7 days after payment has cleared or is received, please keep in mind the above statement and be patient, I have never stiffed a customer on their item and I am not about to start now. If you need the item extra quickly, please make me aware of that and I will try my best. Because my job requires alot of time, and sometimes out of town, I may only be able ship once a week which will usually be on Friday.
