EACH COVER HAS A STORY ON THE BACK THAT FOLLOWS THE JOURNEY OF THE BEATLES...THE STORY BEGINS ON COVER # 1 AT A CHURCH FETE IN LIVERPOOL ON THE 15th JUNE 1956, AND END'S ON COVER # 8 WHEN THE BEATLES FORMALLY DISBANDED IN DECEMBER 1970.
THE RECORDS WHERE RELEASED IN 1980...EACH RECORD FROM 1-8 HAS ABOUT 16 SONGS IN MUSICAL CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER, STARTING FROM 1962 ONWARDS...IE, RECORD #1 HAS 16 SONGS TAKEN OFF THEIR FIRST EVER 2 ALBUMS.
