A HARD DAYS NIGHT Parl -1 -1 STEREO Lp VG++/VG+
PC3058 -1 -1 Matrix, stamper codes, 30G & 1AR.
Reasonable copy, very hard to find £250 rated UK stereo 1st pr.
Front laminated Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is very very near EX condition with a few laminated creases.
Back is pretty clean , no writing, some very slight rubbing on bottom edge and slightly torn opening but generally the sleeve is VG++ to nr EX otherwise.
The original black & yellow Parl labels with Parlophone Co Ltd rim text.
Labels are EX condition,
Vinyl is visually VG++ condition with some slight scuffs with no feelable scratching at all.
General VG+ and plays well all the way through with no jumps, sticks or nasty clicks.
Few very light clicks & some very slight surface noise.
Very little musical distortion throughout and sounds great. Item 796
Has had a pro clean and has been housed in a new Japanese anti static inner sleeve inside the original inner sleeve?
the record has been played on a Linn LP12 Sondek turntable fitted with a goldring stylus , listened to through full range handmade wilmslow audio transmission line speakers that have superb response and definition on all frequencies
For accurate grading visual and play grade (like all my records)
this record has been professionally cleaned using an
okki nokki cleaning machine
( 1st clean with purified water and isoproranol alcohol and
finished off with L’art du son / purified water mix
the alcohol mix removes the release agent all records have from the manufacture stage , this hides detail in the sound
the l’art du son mix seems to smooth out any brittleness the alcohol water mix
