The Beatles - 'Abbey Road'. PCS 7088
The Beatles 1969 UK ODEON EXPORT pressing of the 'Abbey Road' album. Released on the 26th September 1969, this incredibly rare export issue features ODEON EXPORT STICKERED VINYL AND SLEEVE. It is offered here in WONDERFUL EXCELLENT+/EXCELLENT condition.
Released on the dark UK Apple label both sides feature a large gold foil Odeon sticker. The rear cover features a smaller gold foil Odeon sticker covering the Apple Records logo. These indicate this was destined for export out of the UK to a country in which the Apple trademark was not registered or recognised. The matrix numbers on both sides of the vinyl are the very earliest produced ending in 2 and 1 (see below for full details). The vinyl is housed within the original ‘Patents Applied For Made in Great Britain’ inner sleeve. A very, very rare issue of this album.

Side 1. YEX 749-2 4 OTP
Side 2. YEX 750-1 4 ODL
The vinyl is in EXCELLENT condition on side one and EXCELLENT+ condition on side two.
Both labels are in MINT- condition.
The sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition.
The inner sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition. I will also include an additional inner sleeve to protect the original.
